Let me tell you a little bit about myself... 

My name is Tatiana Quaife and after 15 years of Marketing Leadership and Executive experience at some of the most admired Fortune 500 companies (Procter & Gamble, Disney and Airbnb) I decided to leave the corporate world to follow my calling and mission to build and lead Rising Women. 

Why, you may wonder... 

I have been following my big and bold dreams since I was a little girl growing up in Brazil with courage, drive and determination (*and sometimes some feistiness, stubbornness and impatience too lol as part of my learning curriculum) 

I have been devoted to my growth and evolution throughout my lifetime so I could rise into my higher potential to be the leader I knew I was meant to be, and to make the impact that I knew I was here to make

But after climbing the corporate ladder, I completely lost myself constantly trying to fit in and to prove that I was good enough while my mind was filled with doubt, fear or insecurities, which led to burnout and a health-scare that woke me up and shook me to my core

I went on a deep journey of personal, professional and spiritual transformation, evolution and ascension which has led to the creation of Rising Women
