Jeremy Mercer

Jeremy Mercer is a seasoned translator and editorial consultant with extensive experience in various cultural and artistic sectors. Currently serving as an independent translator for the Musées de Marseille since February 2023, Jeremy also translates exhibition catalogues and wall texts for Mucem since June 2021. In addition, Jeremy has been engaged in English communication for international contemporary circus events with TERRITOIRES DE CIRQUE, and provides English translation and editorial services for photography books at ARNAUD BIZALION EDITEUR. Other roles include translation and editorial strategy for risingSUD, and contributing to investment and job initiatives in the Provence region with Invest in Provence by Provence Promotion. As a writer, Jeremy has published four non-fiction works with St. Martin's Press since March 2005. Educationally, Jeremy holds a Bachelor of Journalism from Carleton University, obtained between 1992 and 1999.
