Kelly Marshall

Kelly Marshall is an experienced occupational therapist and account risk manager with a diverse background spanning various roles in healthcare and education. Since February 2011, Kelly has served as an Account Risk Manager at RAS, overseeing the Functional Job Analysis Program and managing aspects related to worker’s compensation costs through ergonomic interventions and loss control education. In addition, Kelly has been providing clinical education as a Clinical Faculty member at The University of South Dakota since 2018, supporting masters and doctoral level students in the Occupational Therapy program. Prior experience includes working as an Occupational Therapist at Sanford Health, where Kelly assessed and treated patients across age groups with physical and cognitive impairments, and at Madonna Rehabilitation Hospital, where responsibilities included planning and administering therapy programs. Kelly holds a Master of Science in Occupational Therapy from Colorado State University and a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
