Rocco Sblendorio

Rocco Sblendorio, CMAA, has over 20 years of experience in construction management. Rocco currently serves as the President of RAS Corp. Construction Management, a position they have held since January 2017. Prior to their current role, they were the President of RAS Corp. Construction Management from May 1994. Rocco also worked as the VP of Design & Construction at G&S Investors from March 2000 to March 2008. Before that, they were the Owners Design & Construction Representative at Robert Martin Company starting in 2008.

Rocco Sblendorio, CMAA, attended Newark College of Engineering but did not complete a degree or specify a field of study. In 2014, they obtained a certification from the Construction Management Association of America (CMAA), and in 2015, they obtained the CMAA certification.
