Ilonna P. has an extensive work experience spanning more than two decades. Ilonna began their career in 1999 as a Documentation Project Coordinator at AtheroGenics, where they created Regulatory Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and enterprise wide Excel training series that assisted in securing a $200 Million investment. In 2001, they worked as a Program Assistant at Welfare To Work Partnership, where they upgraded client data Excel spreadsheet to an Access database for easier client-vendor matches. In 2003, they were a Project Coordinator - Contractor at Washington Mutual Finance Co, where they were the Change Management Project Lead for the development and maintenance of a national Business Improvement SaaS SharePoint initiative. In 2004, they worked as a Catering & Sales Project Coordinator at Hyatt Regency Milwaukee, where they cleared over $1MM in 5 days after leading a calculated 4-month automated Agile reporting upgrade for 20 clients. In 2010, they joined MGIC as a Project Specialist 3, where they led 4 cross-functional teams consisting of individual contributors, analysts, and mid-management using Scrum and Agile frameworks to facilitate development of client software and applications. In 2020, Ilonna P. worked as an Office Administrator at CESMII, where they facilitated multiple releases of multi-page members only wiki via Confluence utilizing SAFE Release Train practices, backlog management, sprint review and communication management.
