Max Jong

Max Jong is a seasoned professional in risk management, serving as the Managing Director and Captive Practice Leader at Risk Management Advisors, Inc. since January 2007. With expertise in designing alternative risk management solutions, Max has played a crucial role in forming and managing captive insurance companies. Additionally, Max has been a trustee of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Greater Los Angeles since 2000, supporting mentorship initiatives. A former independent director for The Fiat Lux Risk and Insurance Company, Max contributed to risk management efforts for the University of California. Previously, as a Field Director at Northwestern Mutual, Max helped affluent families manage their wealth and oversaw the development of new financial advisors. Max holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and International Area Studies from UCLA.
