Erik Lambertsen is a seasoned data professional currently serving as the Data Analytics and Integration Manager at The Risk Management Association since March 2020, where responsibilities include managing the Data Warehouse and Tableau analytics environments, developing dashboards, and supporting data workflows. Prior to this, Erik spent nearly a decade at the Philadelphia Foundation, initially as a Database Administrator, where tasks involved managing databases and grant distribution while analyzing trends to create reports and visualizations, and later as the Knight Foundation Liaison, overseeing due diligence and grant reporting for the Philadelphia region. Erik holds an MBA in Business Analytics from the Fox School of Business at Temple University and a BA in Management from Gettysburg College.
