Chad Cogan

Chad Cogan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in intelligence, counterterrorism, and business development. Currently serving as Senior Director of Intelligence & Climate Analysis at Risk Mitigation Consulting, Inc. since May 2014, Chad manages personnel and production efforts, providing critical support to DoD and commercial clients. In addition, Chad has been an Adjunct Faculty Fellow in Emergency & Security Studies at Tulane University since January 2009, teaching courses on terrorism and intelligence methodologies. As the Owner of About Face Marketing & Management, Chad develops franchise business plans for a cosmetics firm. Chad’s prior military service includes over 20 years as a Gunnery Sergeant in the United States Marine Corps. Educational qualifications include a B.A. in Social Sciences from Tulane University, an MBA from LSU Shreveport, and ongoing studies for a DBA at Liberty University.
