Fletcher Vynne serves as the Director of Strategic Initiatives at Risk Mitigation Consulting since July 2023, focusing on driving revenue and EBITDA growth, including a notable acquisition that generated over $2.0M in net synergies. Previously, Fletcher worked as a consultant at Boston Consulting Group from August 2021 to July 2023, where expertise in operational transformations and advanced data analytics was applied. As a graduate student instructor at UC Berkeley's Haas School of Business, Fletcher received the Outstanding GSI Award, highlighting a commitment to education along with experience in various roles in the sports sector, including as Vice President of Content at TAV Sports. Military service as a Weapon System Officer in the U.S. Navy provided Fletcher with extensive leadership and mission planning skills.
