Kurt Amacker

Kurt Amacker is an accomplished intelligence analyst at Risk Mitigation Consulting, Inc. since February 2020, with extensive experience in various roles encompassing sales, community preparedness, and publishing. As the owner and publisher of Dark Notes Press, LLC since November 2014, Kurt has successfully written, edited, and published fiction while collaborating with notable entertainers for licensed media. Previous positions include serving as a sales counselor at Service Corporation International, a community preparedness planner at the New Orleans Office of Homeland Security, and a rabbi's assistant at Congregation Temple Sinai. Kurt also has marketing experience from the Louisiana Philharmonic Orchestra and served as a Lance Corporal in the United States Marine Corps. Academically, Kurt holds a Master of Professional Studies in IT Management and a Master of Liberal Arts from Tulane University, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication/Media Studies from Loyola University New Orleans.
