Blaine Hyde has extensive experience in various roles and industries. Blaine started their career at Sun Steel Company in 1993 as a Quality Control Manager, where they developed procedures for ISO registration and handled customer and supplier rejections. Blaine then worked at Inland Steel Company as an Engineer from 1994 to 1997.
After that, Hyde joined Copperweld/Welded Tube Company of America as a Quality Assurance Manager, where they were a part of the executive leadership team. Blaine then moved on to become an Inside Sales Manager at Copperweld, where they managed a team of 20 inside sales representatives and handled customer service issues.
In 2004, Hyde joined Galt & Company/Huron Consulting Group as a Consultant. Blaine led projects in operational configuration restructuring and managed care profitability improvement. Blaine worked there until 2010.
From 2010 to 2011, Hyde worked at Blue Ridge Partners as a Manager. Blaine led projects in sales and distribution strategy and customer retention for various clients.

Blaine started in 2014 as the Vice President of Project Management, overseeing M&A due diligence and post-close merger partner integration processes. In 2016, they were promoted to Senior Vice President of Operations, where they took on additional responsibilities for branch-level operations and vendor relationships.

Blaine Hyde earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Metallurgical Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign in 1991. Following this, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Metallurgical Engineering from the same university, completing it in 1992. Later, they attended the J. L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management, where they earned an MBA degree in Finance, Technology & E-Commerce, completing this program in 2000.
