Rob Starcher

Rob Starcher currently serves as an Underwriter at Risk Placement Services, Inc. since July 2023. Starcher has had a long tenure as Marketing Director at both Tejas American General Agency and TAGA since October 2008. Prior experience includes serving as Lead Copywriter at First Community Bancshares, Inc. from October 2007 to September 2008 and as an Account Executive at PetersGroup Public Relations from February 2005 to February 2007. Starcher's career began as an MLO focused on marketing at Manhattan Lending from 2003 to 2005. Starcher holds a BFA in Mass Communication from Texas State University, earned between 1998 and 2002.
