Rebecca Sheppard (Allen)

Rebecca (Allen) Sheppard currently serves as a Manager at Risk & Regulatory Consulting LLC since October 2018. Previously, from November 2014 to October 2018, Rebecca held the position of Director at ConnectiCare, where responsibilities included valuing and tracking medical cost initiatives and analyzing trend drivers. Before that, Rebecca worked at Aetna for a decade, progressing through various actuarial roles, ultimately managing the National Accounts Retiree Team and contributing to pricing, reserving, and forecasting support. Educational qualifications include a Master of Health Science in Health Economics from Johns Hopkins School of Public Health and a Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science from the University of Connecticut.
