Lauren Torres (Takeuchi)

Lauren Torres (Takeuchi) has extensive experience in recruitment and administrative roles. Lauren is currently working as a Recruiter at Riskified since 2021. Previously, they worked at Mediacom Communications for several years, starting as a Recruiting Specialist in 2017 and progressing to the roles of Recruitment Supervisor and Recruitment Manager. In these positions, they were responsible for managing the corporate recruitment function and overseeing the full cycle recruitment process for various departments. Prior to that, Lauren worked as a Recruiter at Solomon Page in 2016 and as an Administrative Assistant at DLJ Real Estate Capital Partners in 2015. Lauren also gained administrative experience at Full Picture in 2014. Lauren Torres (Takeuchi) completed their education with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Communication, General from the State University of New York Cortland. Lauren attended the university from 2009 to 2013. Prior to that, they attended Suffern High School from 2005 to 2009. Lauren has also obtained a certification as a Certified Diversity and Inclusion Recruiter from AIRS, an ADP company, in July 2023.
