Roni Winisch

Roni Winisch is currently working at Riskified since February 2021 as a Recruiter, specializing in tech recruitment with a focus on Dev & Security positions. They are responsible for managing the entire candidate lifecycle, ensuring a positive candidate experience. Additionally, they work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and train interviewers to ensure hiring quality. Prior to joining Riskified, Roni worked at empow from August 2017 to February 2021 as an HR Manager.

Roni Winisch completed a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Political Science from Tel Aviv University from the year 2014 to 2017. Following this, Roni pursued further education and obtained an MSc degree in Organizational Behavior Studies from Tel Aviv University - Coller School of Management, during the period of 2019 to 2021.
