Ciro Noronha

Ciro Noronha has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Ciro was the Chief Technical Officer at Cobalt Digital and later became the President of RIST Forum in 2020. Prior to that, they held various positions at Cobalt Digital, including Executive Vice President of Engineering and Director Of Technology. Ciro also worked as the Vice President of Engineering at ImmediaTV Corporation, where they co-founded the company and was responsible for software development. Before that, they held positions at Tandberg Television and SkyStream Networks, working as the Vice President of Engineering and Director of Software. Additionally, Ciro worked as a Consulting Assistant Professor at Stanford University and started their career as a Manager of Transmission Systems at Optivision, Inc.

Ciro Noronha obtained a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) from Instituto Tecnologico de Aeronautica (ITA) in 1985. Ciro then pursued a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering (MSEE) at the same institution from 1986 to 1988. Subsequently, Ciro completed a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering at Stanford University from 1989 to 1994.
