Craig Prusher is currently the Chief Legal Officer at Rita’s Italian Ice, a position they have held since 2025. Previously, they served as the Executive Vice President and Chief Legal Officer for Church's Chicken from 2012 to 2025, overseeing all legal matters for the company's global operations. Before that, Craig was the VP and Assistant General Counsel at Burger King Corporation from 1993 to 2012, where they managed legal issues related to franchising and real estate for over 8,000 restaurants in North America. Additionally, Craig briefly shared their knowledge as an Adjunct Professor of Law at Emory University School of Law in 2020. They earned a BA in International Relations, magna cum laude, and a JD from Boston University, completing their studies in 1985 and 1988, respectively.
