Nicole Johnson

Nicole Johnson is an accomplished professional in human resources and employee relations, currently serving as a Total Rewards Administrator at Ritchie Bros. since June 2020. With a strong background in supporting diverse HR functions, Nicole's experience includes roles such as People Services & Employee Relations Administrator and Associate, where responsibilities involved communication with over 1,000 employees and managing progressive disciplinary processes.
