Cheryl Bates is an experienced marketing professional currently serving as the Marketing Manager at Ritchie Engineering Co., Inc. (YELLOW JACKET) since February 2019. Prior to this role, Cheryl spent over three decades at E.A. Sween Company / Deli Express, where responsibilities included serving as the Marketing Services Manager, Brand & Innovation, overseeing marketing projects focused on new programs, products, and private label initiatives, as well as collaborating with multiple departments to achieve sales growth. Cheryl also held the position of Marketing Coordinator/Customer Relations Supervisor, where the focus was on developing marketing programs and managing creative development.
