John Giaquinto has extensive work experience in various roles related to loyalty, personalization, analytics, and customer marketing. John is currently serving as the Vice President of Loyalty, Personalization, & Analytics at RITE AID. In addition, they are an Advisory Board Member at Adeptmind, Loyalty360, and IQPC, where they focus on customer analytics and provides expert advice. Previously, they held senior leadership positions at Hannaford Supermarkets, SevOne Inc, and EYC, where they built and led international teams, developed customer segmentation strategies, and executed targeted marketing campaigns. John also gained experience in field marketing services at Dunkin' Brands and customer marketing at Shaw's Supermarkets. Prior to that, they worked as the Director of Marketing at Thomson CompuMark.
John Giaquinto has a Master of Science degree in Mass Communication with a focus on Marketing Communications from Boston University. John also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Graphic Design/Communications from Salem State University. In addition to their formal education, John has obtained several certifications, including the Behavioral Design Bootcamp from Irrational Labs in 2024, the Prosci Change Management Practitioner certification from Prosci in 2019, the Cornell University Food Executive certification from Cornell University in 2018, the Inbound Certification from HubSpot in 2016, and the HIPAA Certification from HIPAATraining.com in 2012.
