Sodiq Alasi

Sodiq Alasi is a dedicated professional in the food engineering sector, currently serving as a Graduate Trainee in Quality Control at Rite Foods Limited since June 2023, focusing on maintaining sausage quality and ensuring compliance with water treatment standards. Sodiq has diverse experience as a Graduate Research Assistant at the University of Ilorin, where responsibilities included conducting experiments, writing research proposals, and assisting faculty in research. Previous roles also include Production Supervisor for yoghurt and extrusion labs, where Sodiq contributed to the design and commercialization of various food products, as well as positions as a Food Production Worker in several organizations, gaining hands-on experience in food quality maintenance, production processes, and equipment management. Sodiq holds a degree in food engineering from the University of Ilorin, attained in 2022.
