Christina Werner

Christina Werner is a seasoned human resources professional currently serving as the Human Resources Director for North America and Australia at Rite-Hite since January 2024. Prior to this role, Christina was a Senior People Leader at WM from January 2021 to January 2024. Christina's extensive experience includes over eight years at TreeHouse Foods, where responsibilities ranged from Senior Human Resources Manager - Regional, overseeing HR operations across multiple locations, including unionized and non-union labor, to Human Resources Manager - Multi-Site, managing HR functions for various plant locations. Christina also served as the Human Resources Manager at HB Performance Systems from January 2010 to January 2012. Christina holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources and Labor Relations from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee's Lubar College of Business.
