Paul Gapinski

Paul Gapinski is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management, operations, and technology. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager and Scrum Master at Rite-Hite, Paul oversees project execution, managing timelines, resources, and budgets. In addition to this role, Paul is the Regional Vice President of Operations for the Wisconsin Army National Guard, where leadership is provided for strategic planning and organizational readiness across six business units. Previously, Paul held various positions at Harley-Davidson Motor Company, including Lead Systems Admin for Enterprise Process Automation, Lead Business Relationship, and Senior Programmer Analyst, focusing on process optimization and technology integration to enhance business performance. Paul holds a Master's degree in Military and Strategic Leadership from The United States Army War College and two Bachelor's degrees in Management Information Systems and Communications and Advertising from the University of Wisconsin-Parkside and the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point, respectively.
