Pat Morris has extensive experience in customer experience and retail operations, currently serving as the Vice President of Customer Experience at RiteRug Flooring since August 2003. In this role, Pat has been instrumental in the design and setup of new retail locations, as well as updating existing ones. Prior to this position, Pat held the roles of Director of Retail Operations and Director of Customer Service and Claims within the same company. From January 1997 to February 2003, Pat worked as a Team Lead at Huntington National Bank, focusing on ATM research, customer issues, and fraud detection. Pat's educational background includes attendance at St. Charles Preparatory from 1980 to 1983.
