Amanda Wilson, Ed.S., currently serves as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Missouri-Saint Louis and is an Aspiring School Leader Fellow with Teach For America St. Louis. With extensive experience in educational settings, Amanda holds the position of Professional School Counselor for Ritenour School District Adm since July 2023 and previously served in a similar capacity at Normandy Schools Collaborative from August 2015 to August 2023. Amanda’s early career included roles as Counselor in Training at Christian Psychological and Family Services and substitute teaching positions in Mehlville and Ferguson-Florissant School Districts. Amanda began as a Kindergarten Lead Teacher at Imagine Academy of Careers Elementary, contributing significantly to early childhood education. Academic qualifications include an EdS in K-12 Educational Leadership from Northwest Missouri State University, a Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from Missouri Baptist University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Early Childhood Education from Greenville University.
