Ed Field has extensive work experience in various roles related to marketing, insight, and sales. Ed is currently the Director of Insight at RITEWAY Sales & Marketing. Prior to that, they served as the Vice President of Marketing at ESM Ferolie from 2017 to 2021. Before that, they worked at Nice-Pak Products, Inc. as the Director of Market & Consumer Insight from 2010 to 2017. Ed also had a long tenure at Reckitt Benckiser, where they held various positions including Director Syndicated Services, Team Leader Trade Marketing, and Customer Strategy Manager. Ed started their career at Pfizer as a Sales Representative in 1987 and later became a Territory Manager.

Ed Field obtained their Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) with a major in Marketing from Northeastern University, which they completed in the years 1980 to 1986. Following this, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Marketing from Anna Maria College, completing their degree from 1990 to 1994.
