Rithmik Solutions

Mining companies typically spend a massive 20% – 50% of annual operating budgets on equipment repair and maintenance, and reduced yield from downtime has an even greater financial impact. The major cause of downtime is that reliability and maintenance teams don’t have the information they need to diagnose and prevent failures. That’s why Rithmik Solutions created Asset Health Analyzer (AHA). With AHA, mines get: -Earlier, more accurate alarms with no threshold-setting required (our algorithms do that for you) -Prioritized maintenance based on actual equipment health -Insights about what’s going wrong, what’s about to go wrong, and what went wrong in the past -Increased uptime for better yields and revenues -Performance comparisons across equipment types, brands, models, and geographies -Reduced capital expenditures through extended end-of-life for older assets AHA works with the data collection systems and reporting platforms mines want to use, which means you can get insights without having to tear out what’s already in place. Our team has extensive experience in engineering, mining and all aspects of data analysis and collection. We've worked on equipment in mines all over North and South America. Right now, companies that pilot with us will gain powerful intelligence regarding their most expensive equipment failures and the opportunity to purchase AHA licenses at a deep discount.
