Doug Wolfson

Douglas Wolfson serves as General Counsel & Secretary at Rithum, a title held since December 2023, and previously at CommerceHub since March 2014. In this role, Douglas oversees legal matters for an eCommerce platform that supports a network generating over $50 billion in Gross Merchandise Value annually. Prior experience includes serving as VP & General Counsel at Infor Global Solutions from August 2004 to March 2014, where responsibilities encompassed various legal functions across multiple business units. Douglas began a legal career as an attorney at Mintz Levin Cohn Ferris Glovsky and Popeo PC, focusing on corporate law from September 1999 to June 2004, and completed a judicial clerkship at the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court. Academic credentials include a JD from Boston College Law School and a BS in TV/Radio from Ithaca College.
