Nichola Dunbar

Nichola Dunbar is an experienced health, safety, and facilities manager currently employed at Ritter Courivaud Ltd. since June 2025. Prior to this role, Nichola served as a QHSE Manager at XPO from October 2020 to May 2025 and successfully oversaw the implementation of the BRCGS storage & distribution standard, achieving and maintaining an AA rating. Nichola's career began in the logistics sector at Arla Foods, where responsibilities included managing quality, environmental concerns, and health and safety as a Logistics QEHS Coordinator, and prior to that, as a Process Technician focusing on compliance and quality checks for milk safety. Earlier work experience includes a role as Team Leader at The Silver Spoon Company, along with completion of a foundation degree in Food Science from Reaseheath College from 2015 to 2018.
