Hendrik Jansen

Hendrik Jansen is a professional in sustainability and agricultural supply chains, currently serving as a Project Associate for Sustainability at Ritter Sport since June 2023. Jansen's academic background includes a Master's degree in Management & Economics from the University of Tübingen and an exchange semester at Rikkyo University. Previous experiences include conducting a master's thesis on the impact of climate change on coffee trade flows at CIAT, and various roles at Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit GmbH, where Jansen supported strategic consulting for digitalization in agricultural supply chains and the development of traceability solutions for coffee cooperatives. Jansen also interned in both the Cocoa Purchasing and Sustainability Departments at Ritter Sport, and has a foundational experience in the coffee industry through an internship on a coffee farm and a prior apprenticeship at Tchibo.
