Stefanie Koch has extensive work experience in the real estate industry. Stefanie currently holds the position of Principal at RITTERWALD Unternehmensberatung GmbH since July 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Deutsche Wohnen Immobilien Management GmbH as Geschäftsführerin from February 2019 to March 2023, Regionalleiterin from January 2015 to January 2019, and Service Point Leiterin from August 2012 to December 2014. Stefanie also served as a Service Point Leiterin at Deutsche Wohnen Management GmbH from February 2009 to July 2012, and as Leitung Vermietungsteams Mainz und Frankfurt at Deutsche Wohnen Immobilien Vertrieb GmbH from April 2008 to January 2009. Stefanie started their career at Rhein-Pfalz Wohnen GmbH (Deutsche Wohnen Gruppe) as Kunden- und Objektbereuerin from February 2002 to March 2008.

Stefanie Koch obtained a degree in Immobilien as a Geprüfte Immobilienfachwirtin (IHK) from the Deutsche Immobilien-Akademie an der Universität Freiburg in 2006. Prior to that, they pursued a degree in Kauffrau der Grundstücks- und Wohnungswirtschaft from the Europäisches Bildungszentrum der Wohnungs- und Immobilienwirtschaft, completing it in 2003.
