Emilee Madrak

Emilee Madrak is a seasoned professional in people experience management, currently serving as a Senior Manager at Ritual since March 2018. In this role, Emilee has successfully led a strategic initiative that resulted in obtaining BCorp status for the company, collaborating closely with a core team throughout the research and application process. Previous positions at Ritual include People Experience Manager and Office Manager, where Emilee managed a budget and organized various company events. Prior to Ritual, Emilee worked at Moon Juice as a Retail Associate, Maxwell Dog as a Manager/Buyer, and held multiple internships in casting and production. Emilee holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Media Studies from Temple University.
