Katerina Markov Schneider possesses a robust background in executive leadership and innovation, currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer at Ritual. Previous roles include Venture Partner and Head of Global Innovation at Atom Factory Inc., and Global Lead of Digital Innovation at Universal Music Group, where also served as Sr. Business Development Advisor to the Chairman & CEO. Katerina's experience extends to business development at Shine Group Americas and strategy and operations at Fox Interactive Media.
