Rachel Lin

Rachel Lin is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in eCommerce and retail management. Currently serving as Vice President of Marketplace & Retail at Ritual, Rachel has successfully led the company's first omnichannel expansion into Amazon, achieving notable market leadership in prenatal and women's multivitamins. Prior to this role, Rachel operated as a Fractional Head of Ecommerce, advising high-growth consumer packaged goods brands on strategic digital retail expansion. Previously, Rachel held key positions at SmartyPants Vitamins, where an $87M P&L was managed to position the brand as the top prenatal vitamin, and at CaseStack, focusing on retail fulfillment and logistics optimization. Rachel’s career began at JB Hunt Transport Services, where award-winning logistics planning contributed to high delivery metrics and revenue achievements. Rachel holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of the Pacific, complemented by additional studies at Universidad de Pais Vasco.
