Karen de Leon

Karen De Leon is an experienced operations manager with a strong background in hospitality and event management. Currently serving as Operations Manager at Ritual.co since January 2019, Karen previously held several roles within the company, including Team Lead and Senior Merchant Operations Specialist. At Aramark Sports and Entertainment, Karen supervises luxury suites, managing a team of up to 40 individuals to ensure customer satisfaction during events. As Vice President of the University of Guelph Hospitality, Food & Tourism Management Student Association, Karen facilitated student development opportunities and acted as a liaison with key stakeholders. Karen's earlier experiences include positions at COBS Bread, Fairmont Hotels & Resorts, and Mastermind Toys, each contributing to a diverse skill set in service, operations, and team leadership. Karen holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Hotel and Food Administration from the University of Guelph.
