Xander Ashton has extensive work experience in talent acquisition and recruitment. Xander is currently the Head of Talent Acquisition at Ritual.co since September 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Sales Talent Agency, Inc. where they held various roles including Director of Recruitment from September 2019 to September 2021, Key Account Manager and Lead Recruiter from October 2017 to September 2019, Senior Account Manager from January 2016 to September 2017, and Account Manager from September 2014 to December 2015.

Xander Ashton obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business/Corporate Communications from Brock University, where they studied from 2011 to 2014.
