Elise Broekhuisen

Elise Broekhuisen is an experienced supply chain and sourcing professional currently serving as the Head of Supply Chain & Sourcing Transformation at Rituals since August 2017. In this role, Elise leads a team focused on managing strategic and cross-functional supply chain and SQR projects, guiding leadership in developing capabilities for future supply chain maturity. Prior positions at Rituals include Senior Manager roles in Supply Chain & Sourcing Development and Project Management. Before joining Rituals, Elise worked at EY as a Senior Advisor, supporting multinationals in enhancing their supply chain operations. Additional work experience includes roles at CE Repair Services Group as a Graduate Intern and at L'Oréal as a Supply Chain Intern. Elise holds a Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management and a Bachelor’s degree in International Business Administration from Erasmus University Rotterdam, as well as an International Baccalaureate Diploma from the American International School of Bucharest.
