Helena Coll-Sánchez

Helena Coll-Sánchez is a Senior Innovation Program Specialist at Rituals since October 2024, bringing extensive experience in product operations and partner management from previous roles at FeedbackFruits. At FeedbackFruits, Helena managed product releases, effectively communicating over 85 new products to more than 150 institutions and creating training materials for diverse audiences. As an International Partner Success Manager, Helena drove the adoption of eLearning solutions across 40+ accounts. Prior to FeedbackFruits, Helena contributed to the Museu Nacional d'Art de Catalunya's digital transformation by developing virtual learning experiences and executing communication strategies. Helena's career began at Gucci, where expertise in sales and brand storytelling was developed. Helena holds a Master of Arts from Erasmus University Rotterdam and two Bachelor of Arts degrees from the University of California, Berkeley and Universitat de Barcelona.
