Xander Dunki Jacobs

Xander Dunki Jacobs possesses extensive experience in customer relations and education. Since March 2017, Xander has served as a Knowledge, Training, Quality & Development Coach at Rituals, focusing on enhancing customer satisfaction and team performance. Concurrently, Xander has held roles at Ir. Lely Lyceum from April 2022 to January 2025, including Docent Filosofie & Burgerschap and Vaksectiebegeleider Filosofie & Docent Big History, contributing to the development of critical thinking and citizenship education. Prior to these roles, Xander was a Recruitment Manager at Appco Group Nederland from 2012 to 2015, where Xander managed recruitment processes and talent acquisition strategies.
