Catherine S. has a solid background in the legal field, with experience spanning over 20 years. Catherine currently holds the position of Head of Legal - DPO at Ritz Paris since January 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Legal Counsel - Juriste / DPO at Ritz Paris from March 2018 to June 2023. Catherine's earlier experiences include working as an Attorney-at-law at the Athens Bar Association since September 2009. Catherine also served as a Legal Counsel / Juriste Droit des Affaires at Hermès from September 2016 to October 2017. Following this, they pursued a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) at UCL from 2001 to 2005. After a short break, Catherine attained a Master 2 degree in Droit des affaires from the Université catholique de Lille between 2016 and 2017. Additionally, they undertook further studies at the University of Amsterdam, where they specialized in European Business law as part of their LLM in European and International law, from 2006 to 2007.
