Marie co-founded and served as the Marketing Director at Rayon de Culture in 2013.

Marie Le Roy's career started at La Fée Clochette, where they were the CEO and founder of a textile brand for children from 2006 to 2013. Marie managed the creation, design, and marketing development of two collections per year, while also overseeing the distribution through BtoC and BtoB channels.

Marie Le Roy began their career at L'Oréal and held several roles, including Key Account Manager, Director of Global Product Development Marketing, and Area Manager for Travel Retail Europe. In their role as Area Manager, they focused on establishing and managing brands across 17 countries, with a particular focus on brand development, negotiation with global operators, and overseeing promotional strategies.

Marie Le Roy participated in an Executive Education Program in Leadership & Management at Sciences Po in the year 2023. Prior to this, they have completed a DEA (master 2) degree in Marketing et Stratégie at Université Paris Dauphine - PSL.
