Massila Tlili

Massila Tlili has a diverse work experience in the hospitality industry. Massila is currently the Director of Sales Middle East & Africa at Ritz Paris, a position they have held since June 2020. Prior to that, they worked at LVMH as a Senior Sales Manager for their hotel management division, Cheval Blanc, from July 2017 to June 2020. Before joining LVMH, Massila worked at Four Seasons Hotel George V, Paris from 2011 to 2017, where they started as a Reservation Sales Agent and later became a Sales & Marketing Coordinator acting Sales Manager. Massila also had a brief stint at Air France as a Guest Relation staff in 2011. Massila began their career as a Human Resources Assistant intern at Four Seasons Hotel George V Paris in 2010. Massila also gained valuable experience through various operations and management trainings at Sofitel from 2004 to 2008. Massila's early experience includes working as a Receptionist at Sheraton from 2006 to 2007, where they welcomed and registered guests, managed check-in and check-out processes, and addressed guest requests to ensure customer satisfaction.

Massila Tlili's education history begins in 2004 when they enrolled in the School of Higher Education in Tourism and Hospitality. Massila successfully completed their bachelor's degree in Hospitality & Tourism Management in this institution in 2008. In 2008, Massila furthered their education at UVSQ Université de Versailles Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines, where they pursued a bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Management. Massila completed this program in 2009. Massila then went on to attend the Institute of Business Administration, IAE Savoie Mont-Blanc in 2009, where they earned their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in International Hospitality Revenue Management in 2010.
