CJ Stec

CJ Stec has a diverse work experience history. In 2016, they worked as a Manager at Seller Systems, where they successfully managed an 8-figure Amazon selling business and also taught others how to sell on the platform. During their time there, the annual revenue grew significantly from $1.2 million in 2016 to $10 million in 2018. In 2018, Stec became a Business Owner at Stec Ventures, LLC. Currently, they are a Business Development Specialist at Ritz Safety, where they have achieved impressive growth in both revenue and profit, expanding a territory from $800k to over $2.2 million in just one year. Stec has also utilized their expertise to create safety training programs and conduct PPE field inspections, identifying new business opportunities.

CJ Stec completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Multi-/Interdisciplinary Studies, General at the University of North Florida from 2013 to 2017. In 2023, they attended Texas A&M University to study Fundamentals of Industrial Distribution-The Sales Process, although no degree was obtained. Additionally, CJ Stec obtained certification in Respiratory Fit Test from 3M in April 2022 and received a Certificate of Competency in Fall Protection from KStrong in October 2022.
