Christina Rodriguez is a seasoned professional in enterprise HR solutions with extensive experience in sales and account management. Currently serving as the Regional Vice President of Enterprise Solutions at Rival-HR since July 2025, Christina leads initiatives across the West Coast, focusing on transformative HR strategies for large organizations. Previously, from April 2019 to July 2025, Christina held roles including Global Account Director and Senior Enterprise Account Executive at Betterworks, where efforts concentrated on enhancing employee performance through continuous performance management solutions. Christina's career also includes positions at Globoforce (WorkHuman) as Regional Sales Manager and Business Development Manager, where the focus was on employee engagement and strategic recognition platforms, as well as prior roles at O.C.
