Lisa Matuszek

Lisa Matuszek has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Lisa began their career in 1987 at Washington National Insurance Company, where they served as a Human Resources Benefits Manager for over a decade. In 2004, they joined Glenview Park District as an HR/Benefits Consultant and Marketing Assistant. In 2011, Lisa transitioned to InterAct Public Safety Systems, working as an HR Business Partner for two years. Lisa then joined SilkRoad Technology in 2011, initially as a People Operations and Experience Manager. Currently, Lisa holds the position of Director, People Success & Total Rewards at SilkRoad Technology.

Lisa Matuszek holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Human Resources Management from Northeastern Illinois University. Additionally, they obtained the SHRM - Senior Certified Professional certification from the SHRM institution in 2015.
