Allison Hicks, CPHR, SHRM-SCP, CMP has over 14 years of experience in Human Resources. Allison began their career in 2006 as an Administrative Coordinator/HR Assistant at Yoshida & CO, C.A.'s. In 2009 they moved to CBV Collection Services Ltd as a National Recruitment Specialist. In 2011, they were hired as a Human Resources Coordinator at Teligence. In 2013, they worked as a Human Resources Generalist (Contract) at Edgewater Casino and a Human Resources Manager at DeNA. From 2016 to 2020, they were employed at IT Glue as a Manager, People & Culture and then a Director, People & Culture. Most recently, they have been a Senior Director, People at Rival Technologies since 2020.

Allison Hicks, CPHR, SHRM-SCP, CMP has a background in education from the British Columbia Institute of Technology and is a Certified Coach Practitioner from the Certified Coaches Federation.
