Tiffany Monroe

Tiffany is a Charlottesville native and graduate of the University of Virginia. She holds a master’s in not-for-profit leadership and is a doctoral student at Regent University. Tiffany has leadership experience in multiple disciplines, including human resources, fiscal management, and resource management and allocation. Her expertise spans advisory and board member roles for local organizations through managing new software launches, process improvements, and policy development for large institutions such as the University of Virginia. As a coaching advocate, Tiffany is a cornerstone of RIVANNA leadership. She sets best practices to recruit, develop, and train a diverse and world-class team and creates the organizational culture essential for advancing RIVANNA’s strategic goals.
