Darren Rough

Darren Rough is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in executive roles, currently serving as CFO at Rivas Capital LLC since May 2020 and as an advisor at Falls Bridge Capital since September 2019. Prior to these positions, Darren was President of Generation Capital from July 2013 to November 2018 and held the role of Managing Director, Head of Corporate Finance at Mariner Investment Group from May 2005 to June 2013. Early career includes roles at Goldman Sachs, including Associate positions in the Investment Banking Division from October 2004 to April 2005 and from July 1999 to August 2003, as well as a Summer Associate position in 1998. Darren holds an MBA from Ivey Business School at Western University, a JD from the University of Saskatchewan, and a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in Political Science from Western University, complemented by executive education from INSEAD.
