Carollay Reis

Carollay Reis has extensive experience in production engineering, currently serving as Gerente de PCP and previously as Coordenadora de PCP at Rivelli since June 2016. Prior to Rivelli, Carollay worked as an Estagiária na área de Engenharia de Produção at Silk's Color from May 2015 to June 2016, and gained additional experience as an Estagiária na área de Engenharia do Produto at FSAE - UFSJ from December 2013 to November 2014, where involvement in the Fórmula SAE project involved designing and manufacturing formula-style vehicles for competitive events. Carollay holds a Bachelor's degree in Engenharia de Produção from Universidade Federal de São João del-Rei - UFSJ (2011 - 2016) and has completed a postgraduate degree in Engenharia e Gestão da Produção from UniCesumar (2020 - 2021).
