Cindy started their career in 1993 as a Staffing Manager at Robert Half International/OfficeTeam, where they were responsible for staffing and sales for administrative support professionals in the Fresno and Sacramento areas. Cindy achieved recognition by earning Presidents Club honors in 1995. In 1999, Cindy founded River City Staffing, Accounting Solutions and RCS Executive Search, where they currently serve as the President. River City Staffing is a locally owned and operated staffing service that specializes in providing professional staffing services for various industries, including accounting, finance, administration, customer service, medical, legal, and human resources. They offer full-time placements, temporary, and temp-to-hire positions. Cindy's extensive work experience and expertise in the industry make their a valuable asset to any organization.
Cindy Coelho-Bunker, PHR, SHRM-CP, obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Management from California State University, Fresno, from 1987 to 1990. In addition to their degree, they have obtained the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from the Human Resources Certification Institute in January 2012 and the SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from the Society for Human Resource Management in April 2017.
